 By downloading or using the app Chart AI, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

The app is offered by Abubaker Attique (referred to as "Service Provider", "we", or "us").

Abubaker Attique will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial losses caused by reliance on this app.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Limitations

This app utilizes Artificial Intelligence to analyze images and text.

  • Hallucinations: AI can occasionally generate "hallucinations" (false or misleading information). You should verify all data independently.

  • Image Analysis: When you use the Camera or Storage to upload charts, the AI interpretation may be flawed due to image quality or technical limitations.

4. User Conduct & Permissions

To use the app, you may grant permissions to use your device's Camera and External Storage.

  • Authorized Use: You agree to use these permissions only for the intended purpose of analyzing trading charts.

  • Prohibited Content: You must not upload images that are illegal, offensive, or violate the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Chatbot Usage: You agree not to use the chatbot to generate hate speech, violence, or illegal content. We reserve the right to ban users who abuse the AI system.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the app (excluding the content you generate) belong to Abubaker Attique. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app.

6. Third-Party Services & Ads

The app uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

  • AdMob: We may display advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these ads or any products/services offered by third-party advertisers.

  • Firebase: We use Firebase for analytics and crash reporting.

7. Modifications and Charges

We reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Abubaker Attique be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
